Affordable studio space in the Baltimore/DC metro area is becoming scarce. Our greenscreen hard-cyc insert studio is perfect for those small-to-medium projects where you need a well-appointed space that offers competitive pricing, flexible schedules, and the comforts & amenities to satisfy both your client AND a hard-working crew. Rentals are available by the day, half-day, week or month.
A large assortment of seamless paper, velour and painted muslin backdrops are available, plus furniture setups and props for all types of situations. The entire space is beautifully decorated in a colorful, eclectic style, featuring vintage camera equipment, pop culture memorabilia and original artwork from many local artists. The conference room and the makeup/green rooms are also available for separate rental.

Do you need a space to work your creative business, where you don’t have to take on an expensive lease? Would you prefer to have your clients come to a professional address, instead of your home?
We’re looking for videographers, photographers, filmmakers, video editors, audio techs, graphic & web designers, makeup artists, podcast creators and marketing people to join us in a Co-Op Opportunity! If you need a space to film the greenscreen segments of your indie film for a week or two, we’ve got you. If you’re almost ready to launch your new graphics business but can’t quite afford an entire office, we have a space for you. And with a great video editing suite and professional sound booth on site, all you need to bring is your hard drive and you’re in business! Our attractive office and studio space is conveniently located in the Belvedere Square area of Baltimore. Since most of our own work is done on location now, we’d like to see the studio getting more use. Our goal has always been to create a great space for media creatives to gather and do their thing.
